Online Registration

Instructions for Enrollment and Registration:

Currently Enrolled Students:

Login to your existing portal account and click on Registration under the student icon.  Follow directions to fill out the forms for your student. Please make sure you update any address and phone number changes.  If you do not remember your username or password you can click on the links on the login page to recover them.

New Students:

Create a parent portal account by clicking on Create Account.  After creating an account and logging in, click on Enroll a New Student to begin.  Fill out the contact information and complete all forms.  You do not have to upload any of your documents.  Once this step is completed you will receive a confirmation page.

After you have completed your online enrollment, you will need to come by the campus to complete the process.  You will need your student's birth certificate, Social Security card, immunization records and your driver's license.  You will also need a current utility bill in your name with your physical address.

Past Students:

If your student has attended the school in the past but is not enrolled at this time you will NOT use the Parent Portal at this time.  Please stop by the campus with a current proof of residence (see above) and any records or withdrawal forms from their previous campus to re-register them back into this district.

Onalaska Elementary will be open beginning August 1st, Monday through Friday 9-3 pm, for parents to stop by to complete the enrollment process.  They will also be open on Thursday, August 4th from 5-7 pm.

Onalaska Junior/Senior High will be open the same hours with the exception of Thursday, August 4th. They will be open from 8-5 pm on that date.

Computers will be available for parents that need them to login to Parent Portal.
