Parent Portal Information
Onalaska ISD has now made it possible for parents and guardians to access their student’s grades and attendance online. This process is simple and easy to use. You will be able to check your student’s grades and attendance from anywhere you have access to a computer that is connected to the Internet.
The District will initially send one letter to the parent or guardian which will include each student’s Parent Portal ID that is necessary to access student information. For new students entering the District, a Parent Portal ID will be issued and provided to the parent at the time of enrollment.
In the event you did not receive a letter containing your Parent portal identification information contact the following:
Elementary (PK‐6th Grade): Charlotte Arnold (936)646‐1031 email@example.com
JSHS (7th‐12th Grade): Wanda Ebert (936)646‐1041 firstname.lastname@example.org
From there, click on New User and follow the prompts.
In the event a username or password is lost or forgotten, simple click on Forgot Your Password and follow the prompts.
Question or Concerns:
Parents that have questions or concerns regarding their student’s attendance and/or grades as they appear in Parent Portal need to contact their student’s teacher directly.
