Parent Portal Information
Parents and guardians can access their student’s grades and attendance online. This process is simple and easy to use. You will be able to check your student’s grades and attendance from anywhere you have access to a computer that is connected to the Internet.
For new students entering the District, a Parent Portal ID will be issued and provided to the parent at the time of enrollment. You may begin the process by clicking on the login and selecting New User.
For returing students without a record of their previous Parent Portal ID please contact the following:
Elementary (PK‐6th Grade): Donna Ellison (936)646‐1031 firstname.lastname@example.org
JSHS (7th‐12th Grade): Wanda Ebert (936)646‐1041 email@example.com
From there, click on New User and follow the prompts.
In the event a username or password is lost or forgotten, simple click on Forgot Your Password and follow the prompts.
Question or Concerns:
Parents that have questions or concerns regarding their student’s attendance and/or grades as they appear in Parent Portal need to contact their student’s teacher directly.
