Your Private Non-Profit school may be eligible to receive educational services from the Federal Title programs under Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) and Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES) Act Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief Fund (ESSER Fund).

Every Student Succeeds Act: The LEA will provide services to eligible students attending private elementary and secondary schools in accordance with Sec. 8501 (Participation of Children Enrolled in Private Schools), and timely, ongoing, and meaningful consultation with private school officials regarding such services. P.L. 114-95, Sec. 8501
Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief Fund (ESSER Fund): The LEA will provide equitable services to students and teachers in non-public schools in the same manner as provided under section 1117 of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 (ESEA). Section 18005(a) of the CARES Act.
